Nichell is a North Carolina native, devoted wife and mom of two, and a proud graduate of Southwestern Community College’s Physical Therapy Assistant program.
With 14 years of helping others heal and regain strength, she’s known for being funny, caring, and kind. She believes in lifting people up, finding joy in simple moments, and making a difference one person at a time—whether in the clinic, at the flea market, or fishing by the water.
